Skyler Okey has spent the last decade immersed in restaurant and hospitality PR in both Los Angeles and New York. Through her work with previous agencies like Wagstaff and White Oak Communications, her clients have ranged from iconic dining institutions like Casa Vega and Honey’s Kettle Fried Chicken to Michelin-starred restaurants like Providence, Somni, and Melisse, as well as mixed-use retail spaces, hotels, and products. She led the opening PR for Big Night, a new dinner and party shop in Brooklyn, securing features in The New York Times, Bon Appetit, New York Magazine, and more.
