GOALS: Position Thailand as the bucket list destination.

Our team pitched and secured Thailand as the host location for the season finale episode of NBC’s Better Late Than Never. A new hit series that takes four legendary American celebrities Henry Winkler, William Shatner, George Foreman, and Terry Bradshaw on an epic journey across Asia. 

Viewers got to follow these beloved legends as they encounter life-changing adventures, rich cultural experiences and unexpected twists of fate. We managed the entire process including planning creative concept and local activities with producers, negotiating trade-out agreement, attending the filming for several days on-site and managing all media outreach. 

RESULTS: 

On September 13th, 2016, Thailand (Phuket and Chiang Mai) was featured on the 2 season finale episodes of NBC’s new hit travel documentary series – Better Late Than Never. The episode showcased Thailand, the beautiful island of Phuket, Muay Thai, Songkran festival, and elephant experience and the Yi Peng festival in Chiang Mai as the ultimate bucket list experiences. 

More than 7.8 million viewers tuned into the one-hour finale episode, creating a PR ad value of over $12 million. As a result of this show, Thailand was also covered in Sport Illustrated, USA Today, NY Post, Yahoo! and etc.
